Colon Cleansing Foods – Are these harming you?

The is really a new way of living your life. When you’ve committed to losing weight and getting healthy nothing can stop you. It is as if the stars align and bend at your will because you’ve got a mission a goal and a purpose.

The purpose of losing weight fast should not cause you to try some outlandish diet that is making waves in the National Enquirer. Sure there may be some shreds of truth to the claims but at some point you have to go back to normal living.

We believe and focus on sound proven and results giving practices like colon cleansing. There are a ton of people talking about the latest colon cleansing product but did you know that you may not have to use any of those products to get the benefits they purport to deliver.

Here’s what I mean. You’ve got colon cleansing foods that if consumed regularly will yield the same results as those store bought brands. Now for many of you the store bought brands are perfect for you. You know why? Because you are going to continue eating at McDonald’s and Wendy’s “super sizing” everything you get.

Colon cleansing foods are not new but their popularity has always been challenged ever since Ray Kroc opened up the first McDonald’s hamburger stand many years ago. Our blistering pace and high amount of work often has many people consuming meals away from home. Add to that the stress we are under and the fact that most of the fast food meals taste great but sadly lack many of the essential daily vitamins and minerals.

IN a nutshell. If you are fat and overweight, bloated, with no energy its really not YOUR fault!

The industry should provide more nutritious meals at cheaper prices than the deadly stuff that will set you back a mere .99 cents, not even a full buck.

If you want to have your cake and eat it to you should really avoid trying to do that. You should commit to consuming more nutritious foods. These are the some of the same foods that are considered excellent “colon cleansing foods”.

For example, your diet should have raw fruits and vegetables or an organic variety. If you cannot afford the organics then the regular fruits and vegetables will have to do. But be informed about what you are choosing. Just read the labels and if at all possible substitute out the organic for the regular kind as a matter of last resort.

You can always steam your vegetables, and add rolled oats, wheat and other cereals to your diet. The 7 day cleansing diet can really work wonders for your health care. Just do a Google search for that term and you’ll find more than enough resources to give you an idea of how to do it.
