How to Do a 7 Day Cleanse & Lose Weight Easily?

A is something that you may have heard of before but thought why in the world would I want to do that? The reasons are many and varied, but overall you want to take the necessary steps to help your body heal itself.

Look, it is no mystery that we are under great stress all day virtually everyday. It does not matter if you are the new President of the United States Barak Obama or a domestic homemaker fulfilling her role  to her family. Life is stressful and it seems to be getting worse.

The majority of you reading this right now know that your body is not doing as well as it once did. The reality is that the foods we eat are just not that nutritious for us. They lack the vitamins, minerals and vital nutrients that we need to be able to deal with the stress we face everyday. The end result of all that stress is weight gain, depression, insomnia, a weaker immune system that allows more colds and the flu to proliferate almost unabated. And the list could go on and on.

When you consider your colon, it is one of the hardest working organs in your body. It needs to work 24/7 to clear away and process a lot of the food and drinks we consume everyday. The reality is that you body has been building up toxins, chemicals and parasites to name a few because it is not able to fully eliminate those particulates. One of the methods for helping the body to heal itself it that of colonic’s. This involves seeing a hydrotherapist who literally inserts a tube into the rectum up to the lower intestine and turns on the water. The water it is commonly believed will wash away the build up on your intestinal walls.

Since our diets are loaded with tons of chemicals and sugar we often have those mucoid plaque build ups on the intestinal walls and colon. Hence, the need for a cleansing.

You can do this with a standard 7 day cleanse or an all natural colon cleanse. The all natural variety does take weeks or months to do. I’d recommend that you get your diet in order first.

A colon diet is nothing more that eating great food. Foods that are rich in antioxidants, fiber and will contribute to building an overall great body.

You can increase your intake of fruits, vegetables, grains and cereals. By cereals we do not mean the Fruit Loops or any other heavily loaded sugary cereals, but oats, grains, wheat based cereals. Use your good judgment here and you will be fine.
