Trying something for the first time means you should strive to have a . NO matter what your ultimate goals are for starting the cleanse it is of great importance for you to have a positive experience. In this piece lets talk about what is required to have a positive colon cleansing experience. The same holds true despite your goal for doing the cleanse.

Some people have had outstanding and healthful effects from colon cleansing. From losing up to thirty (30) pounds from one single cleanse to clearing up their acne prone skin. Feeling out of energy as if your personal body fuel tank was running on empty. These and many more symptoms have been dissolved with a basic colon cleanse. This would be a very positive experience in most peoples books.

At the most basic level, YOU must educate yourself on how to do a colon cleanse, when to do a cleanse and just what is needed for a positive colon cleansing experience. You would be amazed at how many people write in to share that just using the homemade colon cleansing recipe was all they needed to get started on losing weight and living a more healthful lifestyle.

You see, it all begins with knowledge. Napoleon Hill the great success philosopher was once heard to have said,” that knowledge is not power. But it is the proper use of knowledge that is power.” Mr. Hill’s point was that if you’ve got the wrong information and acted on it – that it does not matter how much you tried to do ABC it won’t work because you’ve got the wrong information.

This is true. How many people believe that they do not need to cleanse their colon? Countless doctors and other “specialist” will put colon cleansing off. But when disease is in the body as evidenced by the symptoms you experience that should be your tell tale sign that you need to do something different.

Before you start your cleanse you’ll need to stop all medications. You can do this only IF you consult with your doctor. Some of you are on medications that CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be stopped abruptly. You need to talk with your doctor about your goal to do a cleanse.

If you take certain vitamins and mineral supplements, you probably should stop those to. Reason being that a cleanse is going to flush all of those products out of your system. You won’t need to use those because they’ll just be going down the toilet

You should plan on eating fresh fruits and vegetables leading up to and throughout the cleanse. These types of products offer the best route and  are the easiest to eliminate from your system.

I know this comes as a surprise but you should plan on doing some type of gentle exercise throughout the cleanse. Yoga, Stretching, Calistethics and such work the best. Nothing to stressful though.

Some people can go on a cleanse for weeks. While others find that on (1) or a few days may be sufficient. This to just really depends on your goals. So are you trying to lose unwanted weight, reclaim your energy or just be more healthful?

Based upon your answers you’d seek to cleanse according to what seems to be right for your body type and problems. I know this is somewhat vague and subjective but everyone is difference and require the needs for you to listen and experiment with your own body.
